Dr. E. E. O. Chukwuemeka holds Ph.D in Public and Local Government Administration from University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Enugu State, Nigeria. He is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Public Administration, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State, Nigeria. Dr. Chukwuemeka is a member, Chartered Institute of Administrators and Commercial Teachers, As well as African Institute of Applied Economics. He has supervised over 80 undergraduate Projects, 30 Thesis, and 5 Dissertations and has authored 11 text books, 3 Chapters in Book of Reading, 30 articles in educated Journals of national and international reputation. He has featured in 60 conferences and workshops.
