Dr. Victor C. Kogah holds Ph.D in Mass Communication from the University of Uyo, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. He is a Senior Lecturer and Head, Department of Mass Communication, Imo State University, Owerri, Nigeria. He has authored 18 Journal articles, 2 Chapters in Books and 5 Text Books in the area of Mass Communication and related discipline, and has held several appointment/community service positions within and outside the University Environment. He is also a member of several professional bodies such as African Council for Communication Education (ACCE), Nigerian Institute of Sales Management (FNISM), Registered Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON) and Nigerian Union of Journalism (NUJ). He has featured in many conferences, workshops and seminars.
