Dr. Michael O. Okoye holds Ph.D in Library and Information Technology from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Enugu State, Nigeria. He is a Librarian and a Lecturer in the Department of Library and Information Science, University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Enugu State. Dr. Okoye has authored an outstanding text on the Use of Library and Study Skills, 19 articles in learned journals nationally and internationally, 11 conference papers. He is a member, Nigerian Library Association and Nigerian Association of Curriculum Theorists. His research areas and interest include Library Administration, Cataloging, Classification and Information Communication Technology. He also held several post of responsibility within and outside the university community as well as functioning as Editor of Learned Journals in Library and Information Science.
