Article Processing Charges

Our journals are Open Access and are self sustaining. We have not received grants or donations from the government, non-governmental organizations, foundations, corporate and multilateral organizations, institutions, private individuals and groups, international donors’ agencies, etc. In addition, we do not receive payment for subscription as everyone with access to the Internet is free to download electronic version of the full text (PDF) of the articles. No registration or password is required. Any material in the Journals may be freely copied, distributed and transmitted with appropriate acknowledgement. Permission to reproduce articles from the Journal is prohibited for commercial purposes.

Authors are entitled to pay handling fee. Publication of an article in the Journals is not conditioned upon the author's ability to pay the charges. Neither is acceptance to pay the handling fee a guarantee that the paper will be accepted for publication. Handling fee is accepted only after a manuscript has been reviewed and accepted for publication. Meanwhile, we do not charge for the submission of manuscripts.
