Fees and Charges

Authors are charged US$160 handling fee. Publication of an article in this Journal is not conditional upon the author's ability to pay the charges. Neither is acceptance to pay the handling fee a guarantee that the paper will be accepted for publication. Handling fee is accepted only after a manuscript has been reviewed and accepted for publication.

The Journal is Open Access. Everyone with access to the Internet will have free electronic version of the full text (PDF) of the articles. Any material in the Journal may be freely quoted with due acknowledgement. Permission to reproduce articles from the Journal is not required for commercial purposes.High quality reprints of the papers may be requested. This will however attract an affordable charge.
